Homeland Security Officials Adam Edelen, Chuck Geveden and Amy DeGarmo received a tour and security briefing at the United States Enrichment Corporation in Paducah.  Joining them were Captain Nathan Kent and Lieutenant Brent White of the Kentucky State Police,  Lori King, area manager for KY Emergency Management, McCracken County Sheriff Jon Hayden, attorney and community leader Glenn Denton and Joseph Beverly of the US Coast Guard.

 Director Adam Edelen meets in Washington with Congressman Ben Chandler and President of the KY Ambulance Providers Association (KAPA), Mark Harrison.  KOHS officials accompanied KAPA to D.C. to discuss emergency medical services issues.
